Heart O' Chicago

Its clean with parking. Thats the good part. We booked through Expedia whom charged for the rooms . When we arrived, the owner would not honor the Expedia payment. We had to pay all over again being it was a busy weekend in Chicago and there were no room anywhere. The rooms are tired and the air conditioner barely works. I witnessed this same mam walking around brading multiple employees through out the weekend. Don't book here, it worth paying more somewhere else.

I don't expect much from a cheap hotel but when you advertise free continental breakfast, you ought to have free continental breakfast! Beds are on the small side. AC is subpar. No amenities and you have to ask staff in order to use the ice machine.

Not where you want to stay. Advertised free breakfast doesn’t exist. Could not hook up to Wi-Fi with the password given us. Took my iPad to the check in desk and they couldn’t get on either. Cigarette hole burned into blanket. The hot water was good though. Well, today anyway.
