Palmer House Hilton

Pleasant stay at the Palmer House! Booked last minute and received one of the smaller King rooms. Areanna was so incredible and upgraded us to a junior suite as we were staying for 4 nights. Love this hotel but it is showing wear and tear.

Hitting 50 nights at this hotel and rooms are old and beds are not changed management is slow and ungrateful. Sheets had hole in them. Had to beg to get them to change and clean room Avoid. Good location
