Stayed at the Doubletree 4 nights on business due to proximity to work. Don't let the lobby fool you. Trouble using company card at check in. Room key didn't work and had to return to front desk. No air on 3 of the 4 nights. Button on phone for front desk doesn't work. Operator never picks up the line. Long lines. Construction ongoing. Jackhammering throughout the first afternoon. We had 5 rooms total - 4 rooms did not have air. 3 rooms had to ask for refrigerators. 3 rooms had no hot water in the showers. 4 rooms did not have air conditioning. We stayed on 3 different floors - rooms were not close together. Rooms are outdated. Just overall disappointed being a Hilton brand.

What a dump. Stay far away from it at all possible.
Positives: upon a late night check in due to weather delays the front desk staff was very kind. That’s where the positives ended.
The room I was given smelled like it either hadn’t been used in years or was a previous smokers room. AC made a constant dripping sound and the humidity in the room made everything feel wet.
Door wasn’t hung correctly, leaving large gaps all around. Blood spot on the bathroom door and hair in the mini-fridge, no hot water…
The bartender, Mike, who was working the evening of 6/11/26 was initially just generally terrible. Inattentive. Stationed himself at one end of the bar to carry on a conversation with an individual either known to him or one he was trying to know. Observed him drinking red wine whilst hanging out ignoring his other duties. Under normal circumstances I wouldn’t care, but his then obvious attitude and anger over sorting out tabs for a larger group I was traveling with was unacceptable. He was unaware I was part of that travel group as I paid cash. He would do well to be aware that someone is always watching. Take that attitude in the back and off the floor.
Definitely would not recommend this location for business or vacation travelers.

The only thing I wish I did was simply read the reviews. When you travel on business, you don't expect a lot anymore, but when you stay at Hilton, you think at least it'll be competent. And occasionally you get lucky and get a smile. Tonight I got to wait a half hour to check in. One person was working in this whole big hotel. No one else was to be found. I heard her on her walkie talkie trying to handle numerous complaints while we sat in line to check in. And then when I gave her my Hilton Honors American Express, she didn't even know where the number was. Forget about all that stuff! Chalk it up to a new employee, then I keep going back. There's no one here, like nobody, no management, no one. She's completely on her own. I finally get up to my room, and I'm in a double bed. I go to turn the TV on. The remote control doesn't work, so I call down. No one answers. I call down again. No one answers. I put my clothes back on and I walk downstairs, and guess what? Back in line with the one person. This is the stuff that is just so bad to the point that I'm writing a review at 11:00 and I'm exhausted! If you're reading this, do not come here. I'm a Hilton Honors customer, and I'm seriously even thinking about going back to Marriott because I'm getting more and more of this at Hilton properties. .. That's before you take into account I got in line at 8:45. Let's say it was 9:15. I'm generous when I get up to the room, and then, of course, there's nowhere to even get food unless you want a bag of potato chips. I walk across the street and eat my cold $20 hamburger and French fries. As I'm going back and forth trying to get someone to bring me a remote control, I finally gave up watching TV on my phone now. Just so bad!
