NEVER AGAIN!!! The carpet in the hallway made me gag. Due to severe weather that left thousands without power for days, I ended up here. They were the only place with rooms left. I wish they hadn't been. The carpet was so utterly disgusting. I don't believe it has been cleaned since the day they opened. The rooms are decent, but the hallway makes it a never again for me. I find it hard to believe that the rooms are cleaned well after seeing the carpet. I bought sheets for the beds because I don't think these people can be trusted.I also had my own towels. Stay here at your own risk.

This place is an embarrassment to the choice brand of hotels. First off the carpet in the hallways is the worst I’ve seen I stay in hotels for work close to 300 nights a year and this is about as bad as it gets. Also I got a king room which came with one towel and two small pillows. I went to the front desk and asked for another pillow or two and was told absolutely not. The parking lot is covered in trash and people smoking directly outside the front entrance. Avoid this place!!

The light switch by the door didn't work. Paint peeling in the bathroom. Security lock bar broken. Urine splashes on the bathroom wall, spit stains on the wall of bedroom. Paper thon walls, i could hear the hairdryer in our room from down the hall by the elevator. Hallway carpet wrinkled. I can't even begin to comment on the lobby sign.
