Super 8 Chicago Ohare Airport

Asked for room service twice and the room was not cleaned/serviced for the 4 days we were there! Extremely poor service!

It was very comfortable and clean.

The shuttle took far too long and no coffee in the room is a deal breaker for me. The staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable so if coffee isn’t your thing and you are concerned about wait time for pick up it will be fine.
