The Sutton Place

Thompson Chicago is an amazing property with amazing staff. Ahmad, Myron, Natalie, and Verdell. Everyone was so attentive and welcoming, I did not touch a single door handle to the hotel my entire day.

Stayed one night and the service was standout. Big shoutout to Myron, Verdell, Ahmad, and Natalie — all four took great care of us. Room was clean and comfortable, location is perfect. We'll be back.

What a great service from lily front desk. Had a request of room change and had it done efficiently. She was professional and very understanding.
