Comfort Inn Forsyth

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, Men in parking lot drinking, then urinating next to light pole. Rooms are Filthy, Musty & Smell of Cigarette Smoke. AVOID this Hotel. Been to Other QUALITY INNs that were Ok. NOT THIS ONE..

The TV was not connected to a Video box or a tv antenna - It did not work. Generally the room was clean, but there was evidence of housekeeping lack of training: trivial matter - the toilet paper was hung backwards (loose end to the wall rather than the user); more significant the window curtains were several inches too long (interfering with A/C air flow) there was a sticky residue on flat surfaces (at the enter center (perhaps febreze); The windows and window sill were filthy; there was no information available in the room for rules and hours of available amenities; no information on neighborhood restaurants, services, attractions; [Who might deliver pizza to the room?]. The 'free breakfast' was totally inadequate I have seen better fare in Motel 6 or 8. This inn does not properly reflect the standards expected of Choice Hotels by their customers. Choice Hotels needs to send a secret shopper to this location. There is no excuse for this poor offering.

Great location! Friendly service from all the staff. Clean room, comfortable beds. Breakfast was uninviting, but the breakfast room was spacious. The TV only had 1 channel, but I really didn't have time to watch it.
