Overnight 11/18/2025, Room 253, 2nd floor. Good night's sleep. Room face road, no traffic noise. Hotel staff pleasant and helpful. I was able to make tea with hot water from breakfast room (room appliance makes only coffee). Basic room, clean and neat, towels plentiful. *LED lights on smoke detectors did not wake me during night and I covered the microwave LED with towel. LED lights are a big problem for me when staying in hotels. When again visiting family in Greenville, IL, I will book this location.

I was placed in room 207 which has a leaky roof. Upon awaking in the morning I stepped onto a wet floor. Slipped and wrenched my back. Hotel maintenance person told me the leak was known previously and was an ongoing issue. Window glass is broken. Broken desk chair. Very poor complimentary breakfast.

Furthermore, a persistent musty odor lingers within, suggesting a lack of fresh air and diligent maintenance, which significantly detracts from the comfort and appeal that one would expect from such accommodations."
