Decent room size but a small bathroom with a fan that didn’t do anything and a sink outside the bathroom with a microscopic countertop. Two elevators, but only one was working so it took us 10 minutes to get downstairs with our luggage because the elevator kept going to the top floor and then completely filling up by the time it made it down to us. And the other elevator wasn’t even marked out of order, so it’s like they’re ignoring it. No one at the front desk when we wanted to check out. Had to wait around for someone to appear. Hiltons are my preferred hotels (because of the points system and my CC), so I’m used to the breakfast selection that I expect and this one was lacking. No cooler with milk, yogurt, etc. Great location if you’re coming for Six Flags, but I will avoid staying here again.

Room is okay. Clean and spacious. Service sucks. I am working at Hilton and i expected that the service is the same as a brand standard. There are no staff in the front desk when we left and when we got back in the afternoon there's still no one standing in there. I bet the front desk agent is in the back office sitting and just watching the cctv and if they saw someone needed assitance, that is the only time they will go out. Kipsu message left unread for an hour, had to wait till we get some waters delivered into our room since no ones is in the desk to give some waters. Fridge inside the room is not cold enough to store my toddlers milk. Asked the front desk if they can store it as most hotels offers their bigger fridge to store much needed items like medicines and milk, they said they dont do it. Staff seems like they hate working in customer service. I watched as they assist other guests, just bare faced, no greetings, no recognition for being a member. Would not recommend to stay here.

Great experience, absolutely loved the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the room, the people working were amazing and I recommend this place.
