I'll start with the positives. Good location, right at O'Hare, yet relatively little airplane noise. Very easy access to the Interstate and lots of free parking. Hotel was recently renovated and rooms were nicely furnished, including a comfortable bed, lots clothes storage space, big TV, and bathroom with good fixtures--shower, in particular, had impressive water pressure. Room rates are reasonable. But there are a lot of negatives. Check in person admitted the in-room Wifi does not work. Few bathroom towels and never changed during our three-day stay. (Just one hook in bathroom so can't hang two towels up to dry.) Bed never made; trash taken out; or room touched in any way. The bathroom outlet had current flowing through it but you could not insert a plug into it. Breakfast buffet, was, even by the very modest standards of American hotel breakfast buffets, awful--few choices and vile-tasting reconstituted powdered or frozen food. Coffee was very weak and watered down. Other users have complained about the airport shuttle or lack of it, but I can't comment, since we didn't use it. Distinct impression of an under-capitalized establishment, running--very badly--on a shoestring, by cutting out basic services and amenities. If staying at the vicinity, esp. if you are using this as an airport hotel, should probably try elsewhere.

Booked with ɓreakfast and shuttle service, wouldn't even write breakfast choice and non exsistant shuttle bus, which was in carpark leaving us to walk along busy road and junction when rejected for bus.

Late night flight on July 4, 2026 leaving Chicago Ohare was cancelled, due to weather. Made late night reservation at this location notes it has shuttle service, as we had no transportation, flew in to Chicago from Seattle, WA. Called the number to request shuttle several times, left a call back number, never recieved a call back, never got any shuttle service. Spent night in Chicago Ohare airport, my husband and I are 80 and 70 years old. Tried to cancel the reservation when realized we would never get to hotel, the cancellation system hung up on me multiple times. Best Western issued us a credit, whice we will not use,since we rarely travel. Best Western will not issue full refund, andwe have had to dispute charge with our credit card compamy.
