WYNDHAM GARDEN BUFFALO GROVE

My husband and I live in Iowa, but work in Chicago, so we frequent this Four Points property in Buffalo Grove, IL. Mary Jo at the front desk is incredible, and she and the rest of the staff do a great job making us feel welcome, and accommodating any room requests we have. It is a clean property and we enjoy looking out at the courtyards from our room, usually on the 2nd floor. The staff really makes this property a pleasure !

Same review on Google. Cannot review a cancelled stay on Priceline so just trying to get word out how bad this place is and basically how Sheraton or Marriott or whoever the parent company is doesn't give a crap. More like No Points by Sheraton. Booked a room over Priceline morning of June 19 for that evening. Arrived at hotel at roughly 11pm after attending music festival to be told they didn't have my reservation and had no rooms available. Gave a lame excuse blaming their reservation system but offered no details and no attempt to find us another reservation at another Sheraton location leading me to the only logical conclusion that they ignored our reservation and gave out our room to a higher price booking later in the day. Furthermore while sitting in the lobby attempting to find another hotel (along with a few others getting the same treatment) I turned off the lobby TV that was blasting volume with no one watching only to be yelled at by front desk that I cant turn off the TV despite the remote sitting on the table.

It is a nice hotel with a warm pool, but some flaws: 1. Hotel TV has no Internet 2. Was Taco Bell in minifridge 3. Breakfeast was kind of pricy
