Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had! Ice machine dispensed black mold with the ice. Bathroom sink was clogged, hinge on bathroom door was sprung so you couldn’t close the door without waking up spouse. No drinking cups in room had to go to lobby to get cups everyday. Only 2 towels supplied, no conditioner supplied. After second day housekeeping was supposed to make up room, lied and said do not disturb sign was on the door. Had to stand in the hall while housekeeping came up to make up room. Complained to front desk no apology made stayed 2 additional days nothing from hotel management contacted corporate guest relations which was a waste of time after going back and forth for 12 days they told me to contact the hotel.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It’s located just off I-90, but far enough away so we didn’t hear road noise. The location is near O’Hare Airport and about 15 miles from downtown Chicago. It’s set in an office park, whose clean and pretty landscaping contrasts with the concrete parking lots and sea of parked cars in which many hotels of this sort are situated. Rooms at the back of the hotel have a view of a little lake, which offers a walking path. The hotel offers a courtyard for sitting or eating outside; also, the pool is housed in a separate structure, so no chlorine odors. The lobby is stylish, clean and offers a small vending area.
Our room was clean and, unbelievably, we could open the windows that overlook the pond. They opened about 4 - 6 inches and let in a nice breeze from the north. The room AC was somewhat noisy, but in my experience they all are. The bed was comfortable and we had a good breakfast.
On the downside, two out of the three icemakers were out of order. We could hear voices through the walls, though we chose the top floor to minimize noise. I would also have liked more information to be available about nearby restaurants. We ordered pizza delivery — Lou Malnati’s Chicago deep dish with the butter crust.—excellent.
Finally, this hotel cost less than others in the area. It’s an excellent value for the money and we would gladly stay here again.

Bed is comfortable, lighting is good in the bathroom. I had a king room; the sink in the bathroom is one of the smallest I've seen. Easy to get to from I-90, but I didn't hear any road noise. The breakfast was standard, they have the big waffle maker (2 of them, so that was nice). Not much else as far as selection but it fit the bill for me.
It's worth noting that if you are a Hilton Honors member and choose to pick your room, picking the one on the 3rd floor across from the ice machine and next to the elevator might not be the best option, especially in the summer when sports teams are staying there. I was in room 306, and while being by the elevator wasn't a problem (except for the rude child BANGING on the elevator door before 8:00 am), the ice machine going off every 5 minutes late into the night was a little annoying. Choose a room a little ways away from the ice machine if you want some peace and quiet.
