Location was very easy to find. Near The Morton Arboretum - great surprise for a few hour nature walk. The room (1226) was very spacy, very nice with big panoramic window and exceptional view. Shower was very poor. 2 of 3 elevators were not working. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is not included,

Worst Hyatt I’ve stayed at. Front desk was unstaffed for 20+ minutes at check-in. All three elevators were broken, forcing guests to use a trash-smelling service elevator. Hallways smelled of mildew with stained carpets, and I found a used hand towel in the bathtub upon arrival. I requested room service every day for 5 nights and never received it once. Parking lot was full of potholes. Very disappointed — this location fell far short of Hyatt standards.

Do not stay here. Especially on the 9th floor. It is full of black mold. The entire hallway smelled of a perfume or chemical smell. It was so strong it caused respiratory distress. The furniture in the rooms are broken and water damaged. The carpet is wrinkled and desperately needs replaced. The “gym” is dirty with broken treadmills. I asked to be moved to another room. In that room bathroom tub, floor, and even towels had hair all over them. Thankfully on the 14th floor there was no mold that I could see. I was so grossed out by the first room I couldn’t relax. I was happy to leave as soon as possible. The breakfast staff were extremely kind! Maria is super sweet!
