Holiday Inn with chandeliers. Do not even consider having your wedding here. The walls are full of marks and aged. The elevators are beaten down. There’s water stains on the ceiling in hallways and in rooms. There’s zero privacy for a wedding at this venue. Lastly, the staff is some of the worst. There wasn’t a smile in three days that I saw. The most well-kept area looks like the general manager or owners office. Beyond that the place is a disaster. Also, creepy old guy that came up behind us twice during our stay trying to talk to us late at night who said he worked there. There’s a million better options

I cannot recommend this hotel for families or anyone seeking a quiet stay. We stayed here recently and were placed in a room that felt uncomfortably small and cramped. More importantly, there was a wedding event at the property featuring continuous, loud music that lasted until late into the night. The noise level was disruptive, making it impossible for our 9-month-old baby to sleep, which caused a great deal of distress for our family. When we requested a room change to escape the noise, the staff informed us that the hotel was fully booked and could not accommodate us. We left feeling exhausted and disappointed by the lack of concern for guest comfort during such a loud event.

Booked afternoon tea for my birthday through their website. The only available slot was 10:15am in the colonial room for tea. When we arrived they said tea isn’t until the afternoon (fix your damn system that’s misleading) so they put us in the bar dining area for breakfast. THEN at the bar dining area, I ordered a yogurt parfait with all ingredients labeled on the menu (or so I thought). Small pieces of almond were all over in the granola. The freaking chia pudding parfait has almonds labeled in the description on the menu but the yogurt parfait RIGHT NEXT TO IT on the menu doesn’t list nuts in it. I am so angry and had to seek medical attention and medicine following this incident. Absolutely not ok. Gluten, vegan and vegetarian are labeled but NOT NUTS. Wtf?! The staff gave us half off the bill lol. Then left us be. No offer of medication or support. Especially at a luxury hotel you’d expect muchhh better service and response. Such a crummy experience. Won’t be going back.
