The staff is rude. I had a safety concern with someone that isn’t hotel staff entering our room while we were gone. DirectTv. The dude was cool but he told me that one of the staff members was suppose to go around with him to change out equipment but they refused and gave him a master key. Which he wore on his wrist. When I went to the front desk to talk about it. They were extremely rude. Telling me I’m the only one that had a problem with it. Yea I had a problem with it, I had a do not disturb sign on the door and it exposed our stuff to someone that isn’t on the hotel staff. And instead of doing anything they refunded me and kicked me out at 8pm at night. I do not recommend this place based on the staff. The room wasn’t bad. But the manager and the other dude both had attitudes about it.

Hotel staff let Direct TV into our room when we had a Do Not Disturb sign up, and gave them an all pass key to go in whichever room they were working on and when we came back we noticed cos our tv was on and the remote was gone. My boyfriend went down to the front desk to ask why they let the guy do that without escorting him ( like they should ) and they got mad, said we are kicked out, and apparently the woman at the front desk had to calm the man upfront down. They said we’ll get refunded for one night and that we are kicked out. Mind you THIS IS AT 800 PM and our daughter’s bed time. They didn’t care, they just kicked us out and we weren’t supposed to leave until the next morning. I do not reccomend coming here, yes it was clean and sanitary but the way we weren’t treated , I don’t think is correct. We simply spoke about something we had an issue with and resulted in us getting kicked out. Didn’t end up getting home until 12 AM, and we didn’t have money to get a new hotel as it takes a week for the refund. This establishment needs to do better. Also want to say Booking.com and contacting Wyndham directly were no help.

It was 3:10pm, Thursday, 05 February 2026. Outside appearance is that of a dump. Almost like a scene from Sanford & Son. Inside lobby stunk. I reluctantly approached the counter, to check in. I rang the buzzer a couple of times, to summon the clerk. I told him that I was there to check in. He took my driver's lic and made a copy of it. He kept calling me McCafferty or something. Another name then my own. He started to interrogate me. Asked if I had been there a week ago. Asked if I was said guy, that booked with stolen reward points. I repeatedly said no. Instantly, he started shouting at me. "You are full of sh*t". "You are McCafferty". I repeatedly denied. He then said, "F*ck you." I responded, "Yeah, because all of us white people look alike." He stated, "Get the f*ck out." "Do not ask for your reward points back." There were 3 people standing there who witnessed. I told him to tear up the photo copy of my driver's lic that he made. He refused. I was told to f*ck off again. I was then threatened he would call the police. I told him that I will be contacting Wyndham, and that they will request camera footage. He replied, "F*ck Wyndham. They get nothing from us." I left the premises. I returned to my car. I immediately contacted Wyndham customer care. Once again, that too was useless. I was told that I would not be getting back either my points AND would not be getting back my $157.30.
Unbelievably, this situation took place not even being in the building 2 minutes. It was incredible.
This is my second, and there wont be a third, situation with Wyndham. I would advise to seek stay elsewhere. If the only thing around is a property owned under the umbrella of Wyndham, best to sleep in your car.
