Paul, the manager is awesome, very friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms. Breakfast even includes some hot items. Overall great value!

The hotel was so noisy and the breakfast area was filthy from inconsiderate guests that spilled food and made a mess of things. Noise in halls at midnight and 2am and a call to front desk barely made...
