good but the beds are double twins and the bathroom is tight. Also the next door neighbor can be heard cuz of thin door or poor noise cancellation issue because there is not a door jab on the bottom of the floor.

We were told a shuttle could pick us up from the airport. We waited for 45 minutes and 4 shuttles passed by our pickup location without stopping. I came to check in at the desk around 1:30. The desk attendant let us know that our room was not ready yet and would text once available. I checked back in at 5PM & room was still not ready. I checked at the desk at 4:30 and the room was still not ready. I checked a 3rd time at 6:45 and the room we were promised was still not ready. I settled for a different room as it was so late and ready to have a room. We were missed for housekeeping service multiple nights and had to wait for new towels. The double sliding doors in the bathroom of our room did not fully close properly due to wear which was a privacy issue. This combined with the restrictive nature surrounding The National Card Show was beyond a disappointing experience. We also dined at the Red Bar several times with extreme delays in getting our order and the food orders being wrong. They told us we had to take sweet potato fries as regular were out only to see the table next to us receive that product which was "out" 15 minutes after we received our food. I cannot recommend this hotel especially for the price was a huge let down. Unless something is done to fix the experience we had then would definitely look elsewhere for next year's convention.

Had a great time with my buissness group. We come here every year. Highly recommend the flat bread pepperoni pizza at the bar.
