Location was awesome! It was right on the river, great restaurants all around, easy to find when walking or driving! The atmosphere was SO amazing!! Antonio was SO friendly when he greeted us at our car! He was helpful and patient, even with our heavy bags lol. He introduced us to Chris and let me tell you what an incredible experience is was meeting them!! I had greeted with a smile, directed to the water and coffee bar, and then given a grand tour of my room down to every detail. Chris shared personal, relevant stories, recommendations, and had the best smile and joy about them the whole time! The room was incredible! It has these amazing window seats!! My daughter even asked for extra sheets and made a bed to sleep in for the night. The bathroom is huge and has nice mirrors! Each day we were greeted by the front desk, our extra requests were handled quickly and perfectly!! I loved seeing the familiar faces each day!! I was “clicked in” after hours and greeted by name, it felt like home! Chris was just super special. Really. They hung out with me while I waited for my lost Door Dash and we enjoyed a nice chat. It’s times like these that make me enjoy traveling and make me definitely want to come back to this hotel!! Oh, I should mention that it was Lollapalooza weekend and they handled the full house seamlessly and treated every single guest with the same respect and grace! Well done!!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. It was overwhelming, sleek style, tranquil, easily accessible, modern design, skin care and body care top tier, very polite workers, great coffee station and all essentials in the room u would want at home. Victoria at the front desk was amazing. She had warm and inviting energy every time. I can to the front desk and always had a solution to my requests.
