Quality Inn O'Hare

checked in at 5am, by 10am employees were slamming on my door demanding i get out, asked for a little time to shower and gather things but was rudely regected in the rush of getting out of there i forgot my electric toothbrush and my $500 puffco vaporizer, i go back few days later and “they dont have it, only trash was left behind”, there was no trash left in my 5 hour stay incredibly rude employees who will throw out your belongings. stay clear of this dump

This hotel is the worst place I have ever stayed at in my entire life! The doors were crap you had to use the card maybe 4 times and then shoulder check the door just to get them open. The bathroom was a joke the toilets were meant for a child with a urinal flushing handle that was disgusting you could tell everyone flushed it with their shoes and has never been cleaned. The toilet seat was broken as well! There was mold all over in the bathroom, the shower spout wasnt even connected to the shower wall, 0 hot water. We stayed 3 days and on the last day I requested a late check out which they said was noon so I agreed I mentioned that no once did they clean our room in those 3 days or brought us fresh towels or changed our garbage bags nothing but on the last day they come pounding on our door at 10 am when normal check out time is not till 11 and I told them no house keeping we have late check out and the guy starts yelling at me and pages the front desk and then realized he was wrong and just walks away. I paid like 300 dollars a night for this room and it was completely unacceptable. Should have gotten a refund.
