Comfort Inn

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Went to pool and hot tub, pool was clean but a bit cool. The hot tub once we got in and turned on jets became very cloudy and quite gross looking. We got out and did not go back the rest of our stay.. Breakfast was fairly good with the exception of the coffee. It was very weak as I could see the bottom of the cup with a full cup poured and it was quite bitter. Good thing Starbucks was close by.

When checking in, the desk clerk was more concerned with the contractor that was checking in behind me and how much they should push her bell on the desk and when. Later in the evening, around 9pm, I was in a light sleep and awoken by the dryer from the laundry room. The dryer was so loud and traveled down the hallway. When I went to front desk to ask when the laundry room closed, I had to watch where I was stepping there was alot of mud on the carpet. Next morning, left room to get breakfast and only thing they had was blue berry muffins (cold in a package) and bananas. Not sure what a previous review back in September was talking about that the breakfast manager was nice. Nothing else like their website says. Then there was a guy wondering the hallways with a blanket wrapped around him like he was homeless clerk told him to go back to his room. And told be she was dealing with him. Light fixture in room was rusted, a drawer on night stand was broken. Shower did not drain. Still have water in it 30 minutes after my shower. When discussing with clerk, she was rude. Will not stay again unless I am told by my boss to stay here. Tried to leave a review on their website and would not accept it. did not ask if I was a rewards member when checking in.

I was only here for one night. Absolutely nothing bad to say. I swear people just find anything to complain about. Is this the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at? No, not by a long shot. For the price and convenience though, this place is great. Check-in was a breeze! Room was clean and spacious, comfortable beds. This was my first experience with any Choice Hotel, I’d definitely stay again!
