SUPER 8 WILLOWBROOK

I was initially going to give this hotel a 1-star review because our first room was unsanitary. However, the front desk associate provided exceptional customer service, which changed our experience and earned this hotel a 3-star rating. Without us even asking, she offered us the option to move to a different room. The new room was much cleaner, smelled fresh. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the wood flooring was a huge improvement over carpet. If you’re on a budget and taking a road trip with 20 or more hotel stays along the way, this is one of the hotels I would consider staying at again because of the outstanding customer service.

Our room 334 was good especially for the price point. We pulled in late and left at 3for a 6:00 flight. The hallway could of used a vacuuming. The clerk was nice. The area seamed save. Several motels around here. The furniture was worn out but the bed and pillows are comfortable. It was clean. For a quick night on the cheap. It fits the bill.
