I would not recommend Champagne Lodge & Luxury Suites based on my experience. The room did not match what is advertised as “luxury.” It was outdated, poorly maintained, and had issues that should have been disclosed ahead of time. When I raised concerns during my stay, I was told management would not be available until later, and no real solution or alternative was offered. I ultimately checked out early (well before my actual checkout time), which should say a lot about the condition of the stay. Despite that, my concerns were later dismissed, and I was given inaccurate explanations instead of a proper resolution. I also have documentation of the room condition and my interaction with staff. For the price, this experience was extremely disappointing and not worth it. If you choose to stay here, I strongly recommend documenting everything during your visit.

Should have turned around the minute we pulled into parking lot. We checked it which was fine. At first we were given the wrong room which was dirty. Then the guy from the desk stated there was a mix up and gave us the key to the correct room. This room just as bad. There missing or broken pieces on the floor, stains on the sheets and not to mention the jets on the tub didn’t work correctly and shot across the room. We didn't last an hour in this place. Went to the front desk and let the rude lady there know what was going. Told her we wanted to check out and wanted a refund for the stay. She took the key and said no refund and walked alway. Don’t go here unless you want to lose money and be treated like crap by the front desk.
