Quality Inn & Suites

This is a very clean facility with welcoming staff and is budget friendly. The front desk gentleman is very courteous and the housekeeping lady, Serena, is amazing! She deserves a raise! She is very kind and always working hard. I stay here every time I'm in town visiting family and it's very convenient to all of the local shops and restaurants. They have a yummy breakfast bar every morning and the beds are very comfy!

Nothing fancy. Just a very clean, quiet, comfortable room. Breakfast offerings were nice. I will return.

I arrived at the hotel a little after 12:00 pm. I asked the manager if I could get an early check in if a room was available because my friend that I was traveling with had ALS disease. He said yes but it would be an additional $25.00 fee for early check in. Nowhere on the hotels website does it state a $25.00 fee for early check in. I was forced to agree to the charge being my friend needed to lay down. I definitely feel I was taken advantage of.
