Best Western Horizon Inn

I deleted my original review so that I could edit it. My rating did not save properly. My stay at this hotel was great! The staff were very welcoming. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The morning breakfast had a good variety. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and HALF the price of the hotel across the street. Friendly staff at both check-in and check-out. Young woman in the breakfast area made sure everything was wiped down and well-stocked. Typical hotel hot breakfast. We especially appreciated that our refrigerator had a freezer, and that the room also had a microwave. Would stay here again.

Never got to stay there. Our plans were cancelled through no fault of our own. Messaged and called the hotel multiple times to request a refund as we had given them ample notice and never received a call or message back. Communication is non existent!
