Suburban Extended Stay Hotel

This hotel was one of our favorites years ago. We stayed here in 2017 and had a great experience, which is why we booked it again. Unfortunately, nine years later, it’s clear the property has not been maintained. The room had issue after issue: * The in-room hot tub appears to have been painted, and the coating is now peeling and cracking. * The tub itself has rust stains and other visible wear. * The shower is extremely small (I’ve honestly had more room in my camper’s shower). * The shower door has masking tape holding part of it together, which gives the bathroom a very neglected appearance. * There were no washcloths provided in the room. * The TV remote had corroded batteries, and we couldn’t even change channels until we fixed it. * The drawer had visible stains inside. * Even the devotional book in the room had its cover torn off, which is another sign that basic upkeep has been ignored. The tv was damaged broken and had lines on the screen. The only positive thing I can say is that the room appeared bug-free, and since we arrived so late, it wasn’t practical to leave and find another hotel. It’s disappointing because this used to be a place we’d recommend without hesitation. Today, it feels like a property that’s been patched together instead of properly maintained. I hope management invests in bringing it back to the standard it once had.

first time ever staying at a clarion hotel it was clean and the decor was nice. only thing was bad was the food could have been hotter , and filled up. the staff should make sure food is hot and all. over all will stay at another corporate needs to put bigger hotel signs up very small sign people look right over it

It was a very nice place pretty clean. Had a big TV. That was a good thing. The bathroom was clean. I was quiet good place to stay. I recommend it.
