Holiday Inn Indianapolis North/Carmel

Traveling to get our son to college from Texas to Boston. We drove for 24 hours and checked for a room by walking in. Tanesha at the front desk immediately found a room for us and got us checked in! Her attitude was so great and bubbly and friendly. We were able to get breakfast, which was a welcomed event for the college boy. The potatoes were his favorite part!! The gentlemen who assisted with breakfast was so friendly and polite it was a breath of fresh air after so long on the road. Tanesha made sure to check we didn't need any additional assistance and always smiled when she saw us!! Can't say enough about her authentic attitude and demeanor, she's absolutely great!!

TERRIBLE, book anywhere else. I would rate them 0/5 stars if I could. Kicked us out of seating area way before curfew. Lying, manipulating evil hotel. Dirty, saw a bug in my room ( 99% sure it was a roach ). No where to fill up water bottles. Should’ve stayed anywhere else. People at the front desk are snobs and have no social skills, especially victor ( you should work with dogs because you don’t know how to talk to people ) Also bathrooms are really hot and the pool is super dirty.

Do not stay here. This hotel is by far in need of an upgrade not only all of the rooms but the management. Victor is rude, condescending, and arrogant, uninformed, and a liar. He fabricated a story to fit his narrative and refused to communicate in an adult manner.!
