LA QUINTA INN & SUITES AIRPORT

The breakfast was absolutely horrible. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Carpet was sticky. The waffle station was a disaster. Breakfast area floor was disgusting. They served Sunny D instead of orange juice.

We stayed at La Quinta’s across the country and had no issues. The Indianapolis La Quinta however was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at! Black mold in the shower, dead bugs under the counter, the sink was not clean, peeling paint from the ceiling, the carpet was SO dirty and stained- we kept socks or shoes on the whole time - my socks were even BLACK on the bottom from the carpet ! There was dust covering every surface - including the bed ! There were holes in the sheets, stains on the pillow cases and comforter! One window was broken and the other side the screen has a hole in it , the room and hallway smelled strongly of smoke. We slept in our clothes with t- shirts over our pillows. We asked front desk for another room - the other room was in the exact same condition !! I asked for clean bedding and towels - I even said I will remake the bed- the front desk person said there wasn’t any clean bedding or towels on the premises! How is that possible ?! We called around to find another hotel and everything was booked. The whole room just felt, smelled and looked so dirty ! The health department should make a visit to this place - people should NOT be staying in these rooms!!!

The space and room were very pet-friendly! Many rooms say they are pet-friendly, but cats, especially, can crawl under the bed or into the box spring. This room had only one space I had to block off. The staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful and friendly. This is one of the best pet-friendly hotels I have stayed at. Thank you!
