Quality Inn South

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at Quality Inn Indianapolis Harding was unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, the hallways had a very strong animal urine odor. Unfortunately, the room itself also smelled bad and did not appear properly cleaned. There were visible traces of debris and trash, including papers and food remnants, which immediately made us uncomfortable. The bedding also had an unpleasant smell and did not appear fresh or sanitary. We attempted to resolve the issue professionally by requesting a room change, but the overall conditions of the property made us decide not to stay. This was extremely disappointing, especially after a long trip. Cleanliness and basic hygiene standards should never be compromised in any hotel. To be fair, after multiple communications and evidence provided, TrueBlue Travel eventually assisted and processed a full refund for the stay. I appreciate that the matter was ultimately resolved through them, but the condition of the property itself was still unacceptable and should be addressed immediately.

Makita was accommodating Gabby in the first floor room greeted me with a smile. Great customer service.

Unfortunately, two of the three rooms were unacceptable. One wreaked of smoke and the other was full of mattress stains. However, Makeeta, at the front desk, was wonderful, accommodating, and gave us a refund. To me, that made all the difference in the world, as our expectations were met and we still left as satisfied customers; another approach would have caused stress and a very difficult situation. So, thank you to the staff!
