Radisson Hotel Indianapolis Airport

Checked earlier in the day to see what the shuttle service was like and how to hook up with it was assured everything would be really easy and they say it runs 24 hours a day which may be true but they only pick up every half hour I tried using the Marriott app to request pick up and AI tells me to call the hotel then I had to navigate the hotel phone system finally got somebody they told me it's going to be a half hour wait that's not good after traveling all day then I heard the road noise that's described on the other reviews they're not kidding should have known better... then the restaurant which the Marriott website indicates it's open on the weekends is not open on the weekends. Why would anybody knowingly stay here I don't know or my lesson never again!

A short drive from the airport. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Room is quite large with a fridge and more than fit for purpose including a large business desk. The nearby highway and the aircon can be quite noisy but earplugs are provided. The water pressure was quite poor, not a great shower. Prepare for the slowest Starbucks in America, even though I was there at 6.30am, it was a 40min wait, one person just moving very slowly.

The hotel has been updated and the beds were comfortable. Good light, modern, & clean. There is significant highway noise if your room is at the end of the hallway. I was disappointed that the gym door had run out of battery. The front desk could not open it and the maintenance employee had gone home so I was not able to walk. Otherwise I’d stay again.
