One word. Gross. But relatively close to IMS if that’s what you’re in Indy for. If you do stay here, I would suggest bringing a sleeping bag to avoid making contact with bedding. And don’t plan on using the shower. Or sitting on the love seat. Or breathing too deeply.

The worst hotel stay ever. I stayed one night and was double charged. Was told told it was 100.00 taxes included and was charged 209.37. I've stayed in better hotels for 50 dollars. When I confronted the guy at the desk he called me a lair and was very rude looked like hadnt showered in over a week. DO NOT stay here

They stole my money! I had booked through orbitz for one night for the Indy 500 (had gotten surprise birthday tickets for my father) . Due to the Pandemic the Indy 500 was postponed until August. Orbitz asked me to contact the hotel directly, and I spoke to front desk officer Johnny B. He ASSURED me that my booking would be rescheduled and honored so he took my info down. Fast forward to a few months later, and Johnny B calls me and says I would need to pay again, and now i would have to pay for a three day minimum as well. I’ve had orbitz call them and Johhny B claims I was a no show originally and cannot refund me which is a lie since he called me and said he remembered me and stated he called because he “felt bad”. I’ve tried calling again and Johhny B. Just keeps hanging up on me. He also states he’s the manager which is really sad if he is because this is not the way you do business. They stole $350 from me! Please, I urge you not to stay here. Please stay somewhere that will not steal from you, lie, and treat customers like garbage.
