Motel 6 Merrillville

Was here for CR England Trucking, left immediately. First off, why is CR England putting us in a place where they known there is gonna be prostitution, drug activity, etc.? That’s just the beginning, the real story starts a couple nights ago when I came there to check in for my room (paid by CR England of course) but VERY VERY dirty. They DO NOT clean the showers, toilets, sink, floors, so you can actually see what the floor is like in the bathroom or maybe in these pictures I took the third day (when I left). Maybe another thing to spice this whole story up, when you check in, there will be a bald man, he is of Indian descent. He was getting mad because of wrinkles in a bed, WRINKLES. I said, first off, sorry the people who work for you can do the job they are paid for, and second don’t be talking to me the way you are. Especially as a manager, he asked if I was with CR England and I said yeah, he said he’s calling them tomorrow (now yesterday) and as I went to close my door, he said, “Your dead” and I will put my life on it, clear as day I heard it. Just like hearing a train blowing it’s horn, just VERY clear, so, I had to call the cops, which was far embarrassing, and I told them which shouldn’t have got to this point, and the one officer asks, you think he said something else? I said what else would he have said other than your dead? Have a wonderful day, and I apologize, yeah, that and apologizing DEFINITELY can be mistaken. The officers said stay away from each other. Well no sh*t Sherlock, maybe we should go out for a steak dinner after that. Final thing, you are given a room key for the room, what does he do? Leave your door open for your roommate, yeah, I’m stupid enough to leave my door open in a motel 6 at 10 at night, very smart. Especially without my firearm. Bottom line, place is disgusting and terrible. If your goin with CR England, this is what you get, you aren’t treated with respect, your treated like a dog in pound like conditions.

avoid avoid motel was dirty beds were very unconformable room had nothing no fridge no micro no soap or shampoo and no remote to tv went to front desk he gave me a remote but it did not work went back ask for another room and he would not do it. also stats free wifi there was no wifi

I called and mad reservations and paid for a week for my husband that was working in Merrillville. First thing the hotel is suppose to be non-smoking. Well when you walk down the hall all you smelt was smoke. I had to leave room and when I walked out of my room all you smelt was WEED and SMOKE. My husband came in from work the next night and they room had not even been cleaned or anything and smelt worse then the first night. So he went to the front desk and told him he wanted a refund for the rest of the week and they gave it to him but would not refund that night since it was after 11am how does a working man get back into the room before 11am. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
