Avoid at all costs. This hotel is dirty. Carpets appear to have not been cleaned in years. nor vacuumed in months. Walls are dirty, furniture in rooms is damaged, TV remote works sporadically, room key cards must constantly be re-keyed. Elevator does not appear to have been cleaned in eons. We stayed here three or four years ago and it was acceptable. It is a drastically different hotel now.

PLEASE READ!! Do not stay at the hotel. After reading the online reviews, I was hesitant, but needed a room in the area, so I booked. Hotel smells very old and moldy. (Think of the old Las Vegas hotels like Circus Circus or Excalibur). The female staff person that checked me wasn’t in the best mood and didn’t even speak when I walked up. Tried to be cordial to break the ice. Was given my first room. When I opened the door, it smelled like wet dog hair, mold and cigarettes. Immediately went and asked for another room. Was given a second room. Second room was just as bad. Sat my things down and was going to ask for another room, but didn’t want to keep going back and forth because I was tired from traveling. There’s a Walmart 1/4 mile away, so got some Febreze spray and a glade room freshener to try to cover the smell in the room. Dozed off and woke up to what sounded like the shower running. Come to find out that there was water running from the room above me and it was POURING down into my room. Went to the desk and showed the staff the VIDEO and he said that I was being difficult, but they would move me to another room. Difficult?! Sir, there’s water literally running into my room. Moved me to another room. Third room. It’s now close to midnight and at this point, I’m tired but cant sleep. Went to turn the tv on and the remote doesn’t work. Went to the desk and asked a for a different remote. He goes into a rant of wanting to be difficult and they’ve “never had a guest with this many issues”. At this point, I started to record because he was becoming rude and seemed agitated. Apparently, not wanting to stay in a dirty and smelly room, or moved to a room with water running from the ceiling, or wanting to exchange a remote in the third room for one that’s working is being difficult.

They said they would help by sending my husbands cashmere suit coat back. I sent them boxes and postage. They just hang up the phone on me now. Complaint department did exactly what I did by contacting them. They say they are too busy. Its been 2 months.
