There was a lot of stains on the walls and beds. There might have been bed bugs in our room. Two forks in a drawer with food stains on them. Breakfast was really mid. The night shift lady was a jerk and barely explained anything to my family. The pool was very unclean. The hotel is so run down and the elevator smelled like burned hair. Please read the reviews before you go to this location.

The front desk staff was very pleasant. We stayed at 3 different Comfort Suites locations on our trip. All the same. Biggest issue was shoddy housekeeping. I took photos to the desk clerk and she gave us a different room. It was better, but not by much. We skipped breakfast due to cleanliness concerns.

We were disappointed in the fact that the only ice machine was on first floor. Our room door had to be slammed to get it to latch. I didn’t like doing that ad it would disturb neighbors. We did not eat breakfast there either morning so I can’t give a review on the food. Our air conditioning worked great to cool the room but at night we used only the fan which ran continuously. My hubby did not like the mattress but I did. To each their own taste.
