Quality Inn

Fleas! I am pregnant, and I wanted two days to sleep and rest up before the baby comes. The manager was hostile! He refuses to issue a refund, even with pictures of my bites. Not only did I not get any rest; I am now covered in flea bites! I was only there an hour, but now I may have to flea bomb my home right before brining home a new born.

This hotel was absolutely awful. It is so run down and dirty we ended up leaving and finding a different hotel. It smelled so bad like weed through out the entire hotel. Broken lock on the door, the toilet leaked, the beds are hard as rocks, the ice machine was broke and had no ice in it and the hot tub was also broken there is also no elevator. We will never be back it was disgusting and needs pushed into a hole.

I made a reservation here after cancelling one I had at Days Inn. I had to change my plans due to weather, and attempted to cancel and change my reservation. Days Inn claimed they never got my cancellation, and I was charged full rate as a no-show. Quality Inn was just that. I was surprised that the free breakfast included hot biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. Thanks, and I will spread the word!
