Absolutely terrible experience. We tried calling the manager, Kayla, multiple times and were completely ignored—no answer, no callback, nothing. It’s frustrating when you can’t even get basic support during your stay. The room itself was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. There was grime and marks on the walls, trash left behind furniture, and debris under the bed. It felt like housekeeping either rushed or skipped the room entirely. The rooms on smelled so bad! The bathroom was even worse. While taking a shower, the bathtub started overfilling and wouldn’t drain properly, which is both disgusting and inconvenient. On top of that, there was visible buildup in the tub that should have been cleaned. There was no hot water so I had to take a cold shower! Parts of the room also looked poorly maintained, including questionable ceiling fixtures, and bricks to hold the bed that raised safety concerns. Overall, this place seriously lacks both cleanliness and basic customer service. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about its guests

Lack of cleaning, bugs, toenail clippings from previous stay. Dirty towels. Leaking ceiling. Open wiring, no tissue. Dirty room. Management has attitude, only one lamp in room, no iron, broken tub drain…etc

Key card didn’t work in my room door, smelled like smoke, stains on curtains, window lock busted off busted off, coffee pot missing the holder for coffee pod, bed has bed bugs, chair was stained, mold in bathroom, standing water while sharing, housekeeping never cleaned.
