Lakeside Hotel Casino

Our opinion of my group of friends who went to this casino is, none of the slot machines pay out well at all Our opinion is other casinos in the state are much better at paying out than here None of us or our friends will ever go again

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The walls and ceilings are far from soundproof! Casino payback is terrible. I ordered a patty mely at the restaurant, after waiting 15 minutes they came out and said they were out of rye bread! Went down to use the hot tub, which was supposed to be open at 9 and it was not!!! I went to the front desk to find out about the hot tub and they did not have a clue as to why it was not open.

We checked into the hotel around 5:30pm. We had dinner, which was plain, flavorless, and basic. (A burger, salmon, and pork tenderloin sandwich) We gambled a bit and on our way back to our rooms stopped by the front desk to ask for a pillow and blanket (around 10pm.) The front desk employee was rude. She immediately said, "really? how long have you been checked in for?" Unsure why that mattered we said, "a few hours" in confusion. She then, clearly annoyed, told us she was trying to finish her shift and get her end of shift stuff done...okay, but you're still working, right?? The whole interaction was strange and she was very unfriendly and rude.
