Knights Inn Lenexa

I called at 8:30 Dec 21 2016 trying to get a room. Manager with a Jersey type accent was rude. I got hung up on twice and got got threatened with the police cause I was talking firm non threatening tone of voice after all I was just trying to ask for was a specific type of room. He also started counting the voices in the background of my end and said it was more than two people????!!!! What a weird person. I asked for a manager and He said nobody was above him and if I wanted a room instead of charging me regular price he was gonna just charger me a hundred dollars. Night manager check your attitude and don't power trip on yourself. I suggest you replace this unprofessional trash.

This place is so disgusting I've never been so uncomfortable in my entire life and we booked for one week and left and the guy refused to refund my money so he kept $250 this hotel needs to be shut down

My husband called to get a last minute reservation. He thought he was getting a good rate. We arrived in Friday After checking time of 2pm and found no one at the office. As we looked around a worker that appeared to be coming from the Ramada Inn that shared the parking lot that person stated he did not know where the clerk was. After waiting a few minutes someone showed up and checked us in. We were in a hurry as we had a meeting to go to so we quickly dropped off our belongings and ran to our meeting. When we returned after our meeting it appeared that someone was sleeping behind the counter and their feet extended from behind the counter. We checked the room and the items that we expected to have microwave, hair dryer were missing. Atleast we had a refrig. When we showered the next day one of the towels had black stains on it. When we returned for our second day the cleaning people had only left us 1 towel there was 2 people in our party. There was no bath mat and we used a wash rag instead. I have pictures of the stains on the towel.
