Sticky bath floor, dirty carpet with holes, corroded faucets, toilet didn’t flush, burn holes in bedding, dirty & sticky A/C, only a few slices of bread & cereal with no milk for breakfast

I would stay at this facility again if there were no others available. No complaints about cleanliness or friendliness of staff; however, the facility is dated and slightly run down. It is apparent due to quality that everything from toilet paper, to tissues, etc. was chosen for cheapest price. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. It was, cold and skimpy with no optional selections. The price was nearly equal to other hotels where I've stayed that offer much greater amenities for the money.

Incredibly terrible. Floor was so gross, sticky, and dirty. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. We wiped up two feet of the floor and the towel was completely brown. Bathroom door was eaten away on the bottom, found bugs crawling around right away, and the bed sheets were stained. There was also hair everywhere. Front desk lady was extremely hostile when we requested to cancel our second night stay and said that the room WASN’T dirty just because they were booked out; you can be booked and still have a gross facility. Honorable mention, there seemed to be an elephant stomping around upstairs from 12-4AM and we couldn’t sleep. We paid $450 to stay in this 💩hole. Please read the reviews before you stay somewhere, even if it says “pleasant” on booking.com. (FYI we didn’t get to cancel our room, but it was so bad that we STILL booked a night at a different hotel. We’d rather pay money to not be there.)
