The font desk person was Saturday morning on 3/7 was unfriendly and not helpful at all the breakfast was cold right after they opened was out of food the first 15 min of being open not much to choose from like in the past was very unsatisfied with this hotel really disappointed for the price we had to pay I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Lost reservation. Room key didn’t work. Breakfast out of food. Desk wouldn’t make change. Bar wouldn’t make change. Very few outlets. WiFi was slow. Desk very unfriendly. And I’ve never complained about a hotel before. I expect better at a Ramada.

Our room was average, it’s an older hotel so I guess that’s to be expected. The breakfast sucked. They were out of cereal, rolls, donuts, any type of pastries, no muffins, no fruit, no oatmeal. If you didn’t like ham and eggs on the buffet or if you were Vegan you were just out of luck. When we asked if they had anything else, they just said they were out of everything. How can you not have anything for breakfast on the weekend after Thanksgiving? That should be one of your biggest weekends. I am needing a place to stay for Christmas, I do not think I will be staying there again.
