I would have to say I’m 100% disappointed in this hotel. I had a room reserved when we got there the room we were to stay in had no ac. And they were booked out so we had to find somewhere else last minute. They really need their landscaping maintained and their sign is destroyed making their hotel look even sketchier then the inside.

I have learned that Choice Hotels have no standard of quality for the multitude of properties carrying their logo, this property is a perfect example of this. When I arrived I found a hotel that looked like a construction site due to storm damage that it had incurred several months before my arrival. The roof was still being repaired, there were entry doors that were broken and off the hinges, parts of the hotel could not be entered , the pool was completely shutdown and security doors that would not operate properly. An individual that was checking in at the same time had to return to the desk 3 times to get a key that would allow him to enter his room. When I entered my room I found the window unlocked and no screen on the window. Just prior to going to bed I flushed the toilet and due to a malfunctioning fill valve the tank over filled and flooded the bathroom. This hotel should not have been open to guests until all the needed repairs had been made, and like other choice hotels there is a strict no refund policy.

Pool was covered, cigarette burns on the sheets. The breakfast area was 84 degrees and missing butter and most other essentials. Everything was old and broken down. Better luck staying somewhere else tv remote was almost dead and took a minute to change channels.
