Wichita Inn West Airport

This property is very convenient to the Wichita airport -- mere minutes away. Also convenient to restaurants and driving to downtown Wichita. Room was huge, staff was friendly and helpful, pool was nice, and breakfast offered enough good options to get fueled for the day.

Well I'm going to say it wasn't as bad as 9/11 but it was way more uneventful...the staff absolutely rude when I asked for a couple extra blankets I got interrogated.. I don't know why I have to sign a special paper to get to an additional blankets. when I asked for towels I was told I had to leave a credit card on file for towels. Did Jesus himself make these towels? I have never ever ever had a worst experience in my life and I had a really bad first marriage.. would not recommend this to anybody if you're looking for something that's more entertaining and useful to your life I suggest go get your eyes gouged out. Or maybe just volunteer to go get your teeth pulled out without any medicine to kill the pain I think you're way more safer in that predicament.

I had reserved a room for (5) 2 adults and 3 children, with a request for a roll-out bed. No one bothered to call ahead of time to say they had no roll-out beds. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time. It would also have been nice if you had a pull-out clothesline in the bathroom to be able to hang up wet swimsuits. Front desk staff was helpful with requests for extra blankets and assistance in making a room change when the refrigerator wouldn't work in the room. Overall, the room was clean, and the staff was helpful. My grandson had left a special necklace in the room when we changed rooms. The housekeeper found the necklace and returned it to us. The breakfast was decent with a good variety of options. Great location; easily get to the zoo and Exploration Place.
