Hyatt Place Cincinatti Airport

Everything went well, bed staff, breakfast, location everything was convenient for my wife and I. We would stay again if in the area

Open the room and was happy until I sat on the bed. I saw two roaches on the mirror. I immediately called for a new room. The second room was dusty with spider webs but didn’t see any roaches. The next morning I could smell roach spray as I made my way to breakfast.

Hotel room was dirty had hair and nasty gunk in the bathroom sink. Air conditioner was leaking water and had soaked the carpet
