BEST WESTERN FRANKLIN INN

I don’t usually stay in motels, but this seriously was very clean and the shower was nice and hot and the bed was comfortable, we stopped on our way from Florida to Michigan late in the evening, side note the outdoor pool looked very clean and they also had a fitness room which we did not use, but it was a available.

Older hotel but well maintained, clean and quiet, comfortable beds, good shower pressure with plenty of hot water, basic breakfast but had what we wanted, hot waffles, bagels and cream cheese. We are seniors and prefer accessible rooms with grab bars in tub or shower which this room did not have. The only thing accessible was first floor so we did not have to climb stairs. Tub was a little slippery so grab bars would have helped.

Check in was easy. Room was clean. We are used to memory foam mattress, and the ones in our room wasn't. But by the second day of working on our daughter's house, it didn't matter. Staff is also friendly. Breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal, pastries, yogurt and toast.
