BEST WESTERN PLUS GEORGETOWN C

We booked this hotel based on multiple positive reviews online, however that rating was not reflected in our stay. The primary issue was with our room, which was filthy. The room was very dirty. It immediately smelled musty and moist. The carpet was lifted and wrinkled in the middle and appeared to have water damage. The TV remote was broken. The wall in the bathroom by the shower had a huge 6" chunk missing. The ceiling above the shower had visible mold. The sheets had large holes in them. The hot tub also had black chunks of debris floating in it. The pool was clean and breakfast was hot and had a good variety of food. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences that we have ever and would not recommend this property to anyone.

As a free member to bestwestern hotels, easy to use, sign up, get points for each night stay,often free nights. I have been to many bestwestern hotels,this here place takes the Trophy. It is absolutely beautiful interior, excellent customer service. Plenty of parking, places to dine,shop for all ages, to purchase fuel. Room was excellent lot's of channels to choose from, Netflix if you wanted to purchase movies...

Everything was fine, room was nice. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the stay.
