Comfort Suites

I had a terrible experience with this hotel and their customer service. The hotel room carpet was very wet and they were unable to move me. I had to put down towels so that I didn't get my feet Wet getting into the bed. I often stayed at this hotel because it is pet friendly And I do horse showing nearby. I asked a checkout for a discount because of the condition of the room carpet being so wet my entire stay. I was told a manager would call me, and they never did. I called several more times over the next month.And was never able to reach the manager. I called the main office and they said they were unable to help me that only the local hotel could help me. After calling several times and finding them to be completely uncaring, I will never stay at a hotel in this chain again. I should have taken photos.

The only reason service got 1 star is because zero wasn’t an option. I showed up to this hotel at 4 am Saturday morning intending to stay until Sunday. They informed me I had to pay for 2 nights. No problem, then, Sunday when I checked out 3 more charges show up on my bank. The rate for 2 nights was $302. Upon check out, I found out I was charged an additional $435. I was pretty upset at that point. All anybody from hotel or customer service could tell me was they were authorization holds. Which wouldn’t have been needed, because the 302 came out when I checked in. I later found the issue was from showing up after the night audit. To top it all off, CP was running a promotion, book 2 nights for 8k points. I have still yet to get my points. I have spent all week with none of my money and on the phone trying to figure out what happened and no one seems to know still. Add on the fact that o went in to speak with GM and he couldn’t have cared less. It’s unfortunate because until I checked out, my stay was great. 0-10 DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING CHARGED 2.5 rate for auth hold.

We arrived without reservations because we were on a flexible schedule, but getting two rooms was not a problem. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed we medium in hardness, which is softer than my preference, but I still slept well. The air conditioning cooled the room well even in 100+ F temperatures. Finding the hotel was a little difficult, but Google Maps or equivalent can get you there easily. Mainly, it is back from the road and slightly hidden. Breakfast was good and plentiful with both hot and cold options. The juice dispenser was broken, but there was orange juice provided separately.
