Lyndon House B&B

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Lexington, July 31 to August 2. We stayed at Chez Lyndon Manor and found it delightful. The house is beautiful and location is very easy walking distance to downtown. The neighborhood is full of beautiful old manor homes, perfect for strolling. We stayed in the Shaker Suite. The bed was very comfortable and the room has a nice separate sitting room and huge bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and they even prepared a vegan breakfast for my daughter. I would highly recommend staying here.

Lexington's Chez Lyndon Manor is a beautiful Bed and Breakfast in a very convenient neighborhood, close to many attractions. Our room was large, and immaculately clean. We stayed 2 nights and the breakfasts were delicious! Their presentation was artful and everything was fresh and hot. The AC went out in the back part of the house and our host, Anton answered my text and immediately fixed the problem the best he could, he quickly installed a window unit so our room was cool. We appreciated the prompt response. Although there was no greeting when we first arrived, Anton did have our keys on the bar top with a note to all guests that he was anxious to meet us in the morning. My only comment that would be negative is the fact that on the website it is mentioned that there would be a "pub" open from 4-7 pm. This fact was the main contributor to us booking here. We do enjoy an evening beverage before or after dinner and it was very disappointing that we had to drive somewhere else. When I asked our host about if it was open, he just comment "no" and went on. Still don't know why they advertise that??? Oh well........ Overall, a great stay!

The Manor is meticulously maintained with lovely thought out accommodations. We enjoyed every aspect of the house. We stumbled across the place and honestly it was one of the absolute best parts of our visit to Kentucky.
