What a fabulous hotel, perfectly situated 10 minutes walk from Nice Ville railway station, even quicker by tram (2 stops away). A short walk through a fabulous shopping area which includes great bars and restaurants to the most stunning beach area. The hotel itself is extremely clean. Our room was so spacious, with a very comfortable bed, work desk, safe, air conditioning, seating area. Yet again, the hotel did not have any tea/coffee making facilities. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was quite expensive and didn’t eat in the hotel. I would have no hesitation in staying at this fabulous hotel in the future.

Never stay In this hotel never in Your life. Air conditioning doesn't work. Rooms smelling absurd cigarette and mold, we went to the reception said there is nothing to do. The room is at 30.5 degrees, we borrowed two tiny fans, the room smells so bad that I put Smells inside the air conditioner to try to fool customers. We asked for water pq we're at 30.5 degrees inside the room and they wanted to sell us water , they can't give us water , only if it goes from the tap or sell We can't sleep and we don't get the money back. Absurd don't pass by this hotel!
