Holiday Inn Express Morehead

Staff is grossly incompetent and rude. I had the worst night of my life at this hotel. They absolutely don’t make you feel like they value their customers

Thoughtless staff. Just trust me and stay elsewhere. Had the worst experience in 50 years.

Our first night, electricity went off for approximately one hour. I use a c-pap machine and sleep was interrupted until electricity was restored. Not the fault of front desk, they were great! The toilet in room 113 is loose at the base and rocks every time you sit. Three females created a lot of rocking. May want maintenance to fix it. The floor was dirty enough that the bathtub was black when I stepped inside. Wore socks for the rest of our stay. Meager breakfast and nearly no seating. We cancelled our return stay for next weekend and will stay elsewhere further away. We aren’t picky people, but we expect better accommodations than what we received. Again, the front desk people were great!!!
