DOUBLETREE BY HILTON BATON ROU

This propert is tired in Dire need of a refresh. Our room was sub-par clean at best. The furniture was stained, end table weathered, the si k struggled to drain, the T.V.s would not turn on, shower was missing tiles. Not what one would expect from a Double Tree property. I suggest others option in the area!

Where do I start oh i know with the dirty washrag left in the shower, or the bed that sloped so I rolled inward all night. Theres no free breakfast and the last one there is a $150 incidentals fee you dont get back for 3-5 days most hotel its $50. Overall it was a horrible experience never again

We had an excellent stay and couldn't be happier with the experience. The night staff went above and beyond to accommodate our late check-in, making the process smooth and welcoming despite our arrival time. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and made us feel valued as guests and Diamond members. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options to start the day. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.
