I would give this place a zero if I could. I booked online, and the pics and reviews were not bad. On arrival, this is a very shady area. The room was terrible...there were bedbugs and blood on the mattress. I took pics and went straight to the front desk and demanded a refund. I showed the pics to them, and they did nothing. They refused to give a refund. This should be against the law, keeping your money when you refuse to stay.

This hotel is the ultimate catfish and needs to be reported as it looks nothing like the photos. The rooms are beyond filthy they are nasty and unclean. I checked out within seconds of this death trap. They actually looked shocked when i told them the room was a dumpster dive. Save your money and time.

We arrived around 1am on Friday, January 31st for a two-night stay. As soon as I walked in, the front desk attendant said, "the d*mn computer's down!" I then waited about 15 minutes while she called someone and woke them up in order to obtain the password to log back in to the computer. She gave us room #200.
The room was clean and decent enough, though a little cramped between the end of the bed and the dresser. There was no carpeting, which was different but ok. The heating unit worked very well. The bed was very comfortable.
The toilet did not flush very well, and it was prone to running the water, which we had to fix after almost every flush. In the morning, around 10am, I was unhappy to discover there was no hot water. (My husband is a plumber and confirmed no hot water to sink or the shower). I thought perhaps it was a water heater issue and that the hot water would return later. When I checked again around 4pm, still no hot water. When I went to pick up the phone to call the front desk to let them know, there was no dial tone; the phone didn't work. When I called the front desk from my own phone, the attendant told me he would move us to another room. So we packed up our stuff and moved to room #201, which was on the backside of room #200. The first thing we did was check the water temperature, and there was not any hot water in there either. So then he moved us to room #101, where there was hot water (after you learned the "trick" of how to hold the handle in just the right spot.) The next morning, I learned there wasn't any water pressure in the shower, as it was the equivalent of a sprinkling rain. I laughed throughout my shower because it was so pathetic watching the fancy center shower head jet rotating around with a trickle of water. Nor would the toilet in #101 flush properly.
None of the 3 units had any kleenex in their kleenex containers.
We came and went throughout Friday, and we noticed several people walking through the parking lot like they didn't have any particular place to be. One in the evening appeared to be intoxicated and cat-called at me, even with my husband present. We also got the impression he would have liked to have asked us for some money, but we said good evening and kept walking.
This hotel is now owned by Oyo. This was my first time staying in an Oyo hotel, and I wasn't impressed!
